An island escape that combines the best of Florida's past with all the comforts of today. Each Victorian cottage faces the Gulf of Mexico and has a large, lattice-trimmed porch. A typical cottage is decorated with wicker and knotty pine furniture and features such interior detail as etched glass windows and ornamental woodwork. The resort has a swimming pool, a spa, deck tennis courts, and a pond.

Upon booking these accommodations, please review the email confirmation you will receive to verify that all accommodation and date information reflects the arrangements requested. The accommodations are for use by the Primary or Additional CondoDirect Traveler(s) and their accompanying guests.

Most accommodation providers require that you present a photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in.

Confirmation of your accommodations does not indicate that a particular view will be provided.

Security deposits may be required upon arrival. The amount and form of payment varies by accommodation provider. You are responsible for any imposed utility/energy surcharge, occupancy tax or similar tax, service charge, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or housekeeping fees. Any such additional charges will be collected at the time of check-in or check-out.

Daily maid service is not provided at all accommodations. At some accommodations offering such a service, there may be an additional fee.

Parking is typically limited to one car. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking motorcycles and/or any type of recreational vehicle (usually at an off-site location). Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated.

Should you determine that you must cancel your reservation, please contact CondoDirect immediately by e-mail or by calling the Customer Service number specified on your confirmation email and be prepared to provide us with the following information:

Your name exactly as it appears on your confirmation email;
Your daytime telephone number; and
Your confirmation number as provided in your email confirmation.
Name of the accommodation and the dates of your reservations

Where you provide CondoDirect notice of your need to cancel 15 days or more prior to the check-in date of your accommodations, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid by you to CondoDirect for your reserved accommodations, less a non-refundable administrative fee. The date on which CondoDirect receives your notice of cancellation determines the amount of the administrative fee that will be deducted against the refund in accordance with the following schedule:

Where CondoDirect receives notice of cancellation 100 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Where CondoDirect receives notice of cancellation 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of the amount paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of 30%.
Where CondoDirect receives notice of cancellation from 60 to 15 days prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of the amount paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of 50%.
Where you provide notice of cancellation to CondoDirect 14 days or less prior to check-in, you will not be eligible for a refund.

During the use and occupancy of the reserved accommodations, you and your guests must observe the rules and regulations of the accommodation provider. In addition, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the accommodations caused by you and/or your guests.

If you intend to arrive for check-in after 5 PM local time, we recommend that you contact the resort prior to your arrival to notify them as such as some accommodations may have alternate after-hours registration locations.

IMPORTANT ADVISEMENTS Resort under renovation. Renovation will be to master bathroom of units in unoccupied buildings. Conditions related to this type of project, including, but not limited to, noise, presence of construction equipment and crew and demolished debris, should be expected. Wi-Fi access will not be available during this project. Projected duration: DECEMBER 9-23, 2011 NOVEMBER 28-DECEMBER 12, 2011 the whirlpool spa will be closed for upgrades. Related conditions should be expected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the individual named on the Certificate and accompanying guests. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21.

The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple weeks at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit for each week confirmed. Security deposits may be required. We do not represent or warrant that travel to a particular location is either advisable or without risk, nor are we liable for damages or losses that may result from such travel. IF YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE HOST RESORT IS LOCATED, YOU MAY WISH TO CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AIRLINE, TOURIST OFFICE OR CONSULATE WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE FOR ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ADVISORIES. PLEASE BE AWARE OF IMPORTANT CHANGES TO REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENTRY INTO MANY COUNTRIES. Travel to the U.S.: To enter or re-enter the U.S. when crossing a U.S. border by air, sea, or land, a VALID PASSPORT or other secure, accepted document MUST BE CARRIED. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information and rates (subject to change without notice) provided. Directions posted on alternate websites and GPS navigational systems are often outdated or incorrect. It is advisable to follow directions submitted by the host resort, as they appear on this Confirmation Certificate. You may contact the resort for clarification.
