Upon booking these accommodations, please review the email confirmation you will receive to verify that all accommodation and date information reflects the arrangements requested. The accommodations are for use by the Primary or Additional Condo Direct Traveler(s) and their accompanying guests.

Most accommodation providers require that you present a photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in.

Confirmation of your accommodations does not indicate that a particular view will be provided.

Security deposits may be required upon arrival. The amount and form of payment varies by accommodation provider. You are responsible for any imposed utility/energy surcharge, occupancy tax or similar tax, service charge, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or housekeeping fees. Any such additional charges will be collected at the time of check-in or check-out.

Daily maid service is not provided at all accommodations. At some accommodations offering such a service, there may be an additional fee.

Parking is typically limited to one car. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking motorcycles and/or any type of recreational vehicle (usually at an off-site location). Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated.

Should you determine that you must cancel your reservation, please contact Condo Direct immediately by e-mail or by calling the Customer Service number specified on your confirmation email and be prepared to provide us with the following information:

• Your name exactly as it appears on your confirmation email;
• Your daytime telephone number; and
• Your confirmation number as provided in your email confirmation.
• Name of the accommodation and the dates of your reservations

Where you provide Condo Direct notice of your need to cancel 15 days or more prior to the check-in date of your accommodations, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid by you to Condo Direct for your reserved accommodations, less a non-refundable administrative fee. The date on which Condo Direct receives your notice of cancellation determines the amount of the administrative fee that will be deducted against the refund in accordance with the following schedule:

• Where Condo Direct receives notice of cancellation 100 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Where Condo Direct receives notice of cancellation 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of the amount paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of 30%.
• Where Condo Direct receives notice of cancellation from 60 to 15 days prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of the amount paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of 50%.
• Where you provide notice of cancellation to Condo Direct 14 days or less prior to check-in, you will not be eligible for a refund.

During the use and occupancy of the reserved accommodations, you and your guests must observe the rules and regulations of the accommodation provider. In addition, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the accommodations caused by you and/or your guests.

If you intend to arrive for check-in after 5 PM local time, we recommend that you contact the resort prior to your arrival to notify them as such as some accommodations may have alternate after-hours registration locations.
